Services. Azend Hot Yoga & Wellness provides Cryotherapy, HydraFacial, Red Light Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Hot Yoga and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Azend Hot Yoga & Wellness or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. Azend Hot Yoga & Wellness disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Azend Hot Yoga & Wellness's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Azend Hot Yoga & Wellness from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. OR law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of OR, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. Azend Hot Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
